Summer Exhibition A6 final

Dear Alumni,

In January I wrote to many of you inviting you to be part of the RABLEY SUMMER EXHIBITION 2013. This exhibition is of work by artists/students that have taken part in our courses programme during the period Jan 2012 to present. Some of you have already returned registration forms. Please note the revised dates and deadlines, which will hopefully give you all a little more time to prepare and make the show a huge success.

This is a group exhibition of drawings, prints, sculpture and ceramics from Rabley Drawing School Alumni including the participants of ‘Drawn to India 2012’. The exhibition dates are 26 June – 13 July 2012. This coincides with Marlborough Open Studios. The exhibition will be throughout the main gallery spaces and include a section for ‘Drawn to India’.

The exhibits do not have to have been created at Rabley, but it would be preferred if they were related as a progression and development of the course or courses you have attended. I hope you will relish the opportunity to show with us at Rabley. This is a co-operative venture and everyone will need to play their part in helping with tasks.

Submission contribution £30 per person

Covers PV, Exhibition cards, website profile, web marketing.

Advert in MOS brochure.

Please read through the attached document, complete the appropriate sections and return them to me at Rabley. I hope it is comprehensive, but if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

In addition I would like to highlight the opportunity to submit your sketchbook to SKETCH 2013, Nation Open Sketchbook Prize. Registation is open until 21 June for this exhbition and you can read and register from our website  – so do take a look! http://www.rableydrawingcentre.com/sketch-2013.html

Yours with kind regards,

Meryl
