Another year has passed and the month of June at Rabley wouldn’t be the same without Nik Pollard’s ‘Drawn to Nature’ course. Eight lucky students were able to immerse themselves for 3 days in the surrounding landscape of wild flower meadows and woodland.

Artist and master printmaker Martyn Grimmer introduced both drawing and photographic plate making and printing using this light sensitive, flexible intaglio printmaking method in his inspiring 3-day course at Rabley at the weekend.

Rabley Artist in Residence, Sara Lee, ran her second course of the year at Rabley last week. The brilliant, sunny weather meant students were able to fully explore the surrounding landscape at Rabley through colour and the medium of pastel.
